JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all food production including for catering functions. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and standardized recipes. Supervise staff. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the Culinary department. Responsible for maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s Degree

5 years of experience

ServSafe Certificate

The expected hiring range for this position is $32.51 to $44.70
